PUPPY SALES AGREEMENT

1. Puppies will have first set of shots, wormed and registered with a
dog club. The breeder guarantees this puppy to be in good health at the time
of sale. This does not cover external or intestinal parasites ( coccidia,
giardia, roundworms, hookworms etc.)
2. The purchaser agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian
within 72 hours
from the time the puppy was received. Buyer will mail a copy of the
veterinarian report to the breeder within 5 days of the puppy's health
check.
All shipping and
Veterinarian expenses are the
responsibility of the buyer.
Iron Gate Bulldogges assumes no responsibility for *Veterinarian
expenses without previous written agreement. We do not guarantee
or cover cherry eye, skin allergies, hips or any types of mange because these are
problems associated with the breed. Even though our dogs do not have any of
these types of health issues there is no guarantee that a puppy will not
get it. Please be aware that Bulldogs can suffer from eye problems, joint
problems such as hip dysplasia and skin problems. *We do not give refunds of any kind.
3.*We only compensate for a puppy that receives the Parvo
Virus as follows: If your puppy contracts the Parvo Virus within 3 days
after purchasing and taking your puppy home; we will compensate up to $400
towards documented veterinarian bills, if it is reported to us within 3
days after the puppy is received. If the puppy gets parvo between 4 to 7
days it is less clear if the puppy received the parvo virus at our place,
therefore, we will compensate $200 towards documented veterinarian expenses,
if it is reported to us within 4 to 7 days after purchasing. We make no
compensation for a puppy that gets parvo or is reported to us after the
seventh day. We do not offer a puppy replacement in the event of a puppy aquiring Parvo from us.
